Name, phone number, email address, delivery address (where applicable), order details, Azack Points and vouchers, and basic technical data such as device type and access logs.
To prepare and confirm your order; to contact you about your order; to show order status through your personal tracking link; to manage Azack Points and vouchers; to keep accounting and tax records; and to improve our service.
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers we use to run this service (Google Firebase - hosting, database, login authentication and notifications), with delivery partners for delivery orders, and with the authorities where required by law.
Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure in the Southeast Asia region, outside Malaysia.
You have the right to request access to your personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to limit its processing. Send any request relating to your personal data to azackpizza@gmail.com.
Access to customer data is restricted to authorised Azack Pizza staff, through authenticated logins and database access rules.
Feedback you send through the Feedback form, including any name, phone number or email you provide voluntarily, is stored and used to review that feedback and to contact you again if you select the "I would like to be contacted" option. This information is accessible only to the Azack Pizza admin team and is never displayed publicly. Feedback and its related contact details are kept for 12 months, then deleted automatically.
You may request deletion of your account and personal data at any time through the Delete Account page. Order records are retained in anonymised form after deletion because they are required as accounting and tax records.
